DELIVERY

UK ORDERS

Your Order (if the standard Shipping option is chosen) will be dispatched using a Tracked and Signed for Royal Mail Service. 

Next-Day orders must be placed before 11 am to guarantee a next day delivery and will  be dispatched using a Next Day DHL service.  Occasionally for a Next Day order, we will ship it using a Royal Mail Next Day service - this only happens if the courier comes to do their pick up from us earlier than usual and we cannot get the order ready in time for the courier.

Next day orders are always processed as a priority to ensure they are received the next day.  Please check the pink message bar on the website to check that we are able to dispatch next day orders at the time you place the order. If there are any extenuating circumstances, that means your order cannot be dispatched the same day they will be highlighted here.

If you need a Saturday delivery please call us on 01672 560 812 before 2pm on Friday to request this and we can manually process the charge for the difference in cost.

Please note: We do not send shipments on Saturdays or Sundays. Any orders placed after 11 am on Fridays will NOT be sent until the following Monday. Please bear this in mind if ordering anything on a next day delivery after 11 am on a Friday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

We either use DHL or a Tracked Royal Mail Service, Insured to the value of the parcel,  for all International Shipments.  This is why the deliveries are charged at the prices they are  - we do not make any profit from the shipping - we only charge what we are charged ourselves, and if the shipment ends up costing less to ship than what we have charged you we will happily refund you the difference.  

Please be aware that many countries charge import duties and taxes and your order may be subject to these on arrival in your country.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes and also any charges incurred should you refuse the shipment on delivery and it has to be returned to sender.  Please note that you can claim international duty refunds if returning an item. 

FREE STUDIO PICK UP - WILTSHIRE UK

If you would like to collect (or return) your order from our Wiltshire Studio/Showroom we are very happy to do this and refund any postage charges, (if you have not already selected the free Pick Up option).
