It is fast becoming one of Libelulas best sellers, in both the long and short versions. This dress is made in a heavy georgette in a striking blue with an emerald silk chiffon yoke. There is also a matching tie for the waist. The top half is cut to sit loosely and the skirt should fit snugly over the waist and hips. The cut is true to size, but if in doubt buy to fit your lower rather than upper body.
