This TilTam Dress is a new shape for Libelula, A body skimming midi dress with a round keyhole neckline. Its a very easy and flattering shape that can take you from day to night. The dress is made from a fluid silk georgette in our stunning flutter print in red and features plain 3/4 georgette sleeves that are trimmed in the printed silk at the ends. The whole dress is lined apart from the sheer sleeves.
